“The key was not working and the whole process of getting the long was long. I sent an enquiry to them and it was responded to within 10 mins but after payment, it took almost 24 hours. If you are in hurry to get your keys, Just move ahead. still waiting for their feedback to fix error key sent to me”

“One of the sh***iest websites to get some "key". It was a gift instead of a key. But thanks. Never buy here again. The Verification doesnt work and you have to wait a full business day after you get it.”

“As far as providing a key goes, they did do that. That was also ~all~ they provided. Service was boilerplate, feedback was callous, and the key did NOT function for the automated install of windows that INSTALLS BASED UPON THE KEY PROVIDED. In other words, the key, while potentially valid, did not work for the automated install provided by Microsoft. Since the automated install was "my" doing, they literally just said "we're sorry the key was for the wrong version of Windows". It was quick to charge my card, took several days to get back to me, their automated 'fast' system did nothing, and the request for screenshot proof just gave me the runaround until they ultimately blamed me for their key not being usable for the ONLY windows download available to me... which did not recognize their key as one that would trigger the automated version install. At least they ultimately blamed me and let me know I should use a different company in the future. Which I did... and activated Windows in about 10 minutes. I now have a Windows key for when I buy another computer at least, I supposed.”

“It said I'd selected 'VPN activated code' so I have to use VPN to collect it. I didn't select that so it's wild that the pre-selected option. I'm assuming the code is useless now, but overall, I'm to blame for not paying attention to detail”

“Code wouldn’t work so asked for a new one, it took a month of back and forth, finally got a replacement, will not be buying again, brilliant if it works as it has done for the last couple of years but communication very bad if there is a problem”

“When it works it works. I however purchased a batch of 10 Office Keys and only 3 worked. I have been battling for 5 weeks to get a refund without any success. The support is aloof and you can go days without a response. In my case it feels they are deliberately trying to push me off.”

“In the end is fine, but i had a problem with the autokey system. i had an erroe in my number because i gave the international number with country number but the system automatically add these number wich i saw too late after my correction the system said i already ordered a SMS true but because the error i could not receive it and there was no option to get a new one, beside to change the Number, i personally only have this number so i E-Mailed but i did not receive an answer till now so i asked a friend and he allowed me to use his number for this, but that is not perfect so i will rate 2 of 5 Stars. The key itself and the price were good anf working so there i would have give 5 Stars, but they should think over there autokey System.”

“The service is ok, but I bought Beat Saber and the title specifies that it is a CD key. I was expecting a key, and the whole process of getting the key made me think I was getting a key, only to be surprised by a steam gift process. I chose this site specifically for Steam Key, but I got scammed. The steam gift process went well but I will never buy again.”

“I purchased Windows 11 Home and Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021. Windows 11 Home worked fine. But Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021 key would not work as it had already ben installed the maximum number of times. I sent a ticket Sunday afternoon and as of noon Tuesday I have not heard back.”

“I paid for and ordered a Fifa 23 Digital Key and then completed the Anti-Fraud process (getting an email confirming this). Whenever I try to access my key it still says pending. I raised a ticket and still no response.”

“Good value for money BUT too often have been sent INVALID codes for XBOX Ultimate game passes. Bought 3 recently and all 3 have been invalid and have had nothing but trouble especially with the speed of customer service and lack of response from them in terms of resolving the issues.”

“I never thought this was going to be a bad experience. I bought several licenses before but they had never given me one that did not work. Then support sent me another key and it's not good either, I think there is something working very bad at this place. I lost my money i guess.”

“I had some problems with them: 1. You always see a fake cheap price until you have to pay. 2. They said you are supposed to get the keys within minutes or 2-3 hours, but I got mine at around 18 hours. 3. Client support takes so much time. They answered me after 21 hours. 4. For me, it's very hard to understand how to activate the product because there are so much information and redundancies about how to do it, and information about how to activate VPN keys in general on the site. It took lots of hours for me to do it correctly. 5. Because of the previous point, I tried Argentina VPN, and Brazil VPN so many times, and I got a scary message from Microsoft saying that I was not able to connect again to my Microsoft account (I thought I got banned because of trying to activate a key so many times with two different VPNs) But at least, the PROs are: 1. I was not scammed by them. 2. The whole purchase process (until getting the key) made me feel secure about the purchase (it made me feel I was not gonna be scammed) 3. Although the price wasn't as insanely cheap as it seemed, it was cheap.”
