“I tried to purchase an older version of word for my 11 year old computer. CJS CD advertised a 2019 version, as my last update was in 2020 I thought that it would be suitable. CHS CD didn’t supply any minimum operating system information on the advertising material. When I tried to install it I found that my computer was not sufficiently updated to run the program. When I made CHS CD aware of the issues they basically said “buyer beware “ and gave no help in solving my problems.”

“I own an old Mac computer that works well but can’t support the latest Mac OS. I checked that the last upgrade to the high sierra and was in 2020. The only information on this product was the date 2919, no OS system requirements were available in the advertising materials. After purchase it now appears my OS is not new enough to support this product, not happy”

“Bought a "key" for Project Zomboid for a friend. On the page, in the order confirmation, and receipt it reads "Project Zomboid CD Key For Steam". However, to my and my friend's surprise it was not a CD key, but a Steam Gift that was sent through a bot account receivable only after accepting the bot's friend request. This matters to me because it's false advertising and you aren't getting exactly what you're paying for. I'd feel better and more at ease, and this review would receive more stars, if there were no deceptive advertising. It's an uneasy thought to keep with a purchase, knowing that if the owner of the account wanted to they could revoke that gift and screw the customer out of their money. So far, my friend has had no issues with the game and is still playing it, so for that I'm giving 2 stars; at least the game works and is playable for now.”

“I have purchased a key for subscription for Bitdefender, I could not activate with this key. I contacted Bitdefender directly and they advised that particular key was already used 13 days prior to the date of my purchase and activation. I now had to spend time to contact the company, to write an email, and it is not certain how long I need to wait for and when it will be resolved.”

“THE XBOX KEY WAS USED ALREADY. The returns procedure was so long and drawn out that I gave up. It meant sending them many screenshots of your xbox account including one of your chat with microsoft support. Too much hassle. All other keys from other sites have worked fine for me.”

“Despicable. Won't let me go any further without making me Like their Facebook page. Then have to receive a code by text which didn't work first time. Then makes u register on another digital site. Very long winded for a £4.80 charge.”

“They were helpful in getting the key fob set up, but it broke within 2 weeks. It was a cheap fob. I have not heard back from customer service and have no idea how to get an exchange.”

“Company was so slow in sending me a Product Key that I went to another company and bought from them. I was told it would be delivered in mins. Took over 6 hours. Looks like I now have two keys - refund denied even though I hadn't receive it.”

“I orderd 2 Codes and got only one so I contacted the customer service and didn't get a answer... Nice my money is away and I didn't get what I payed for.... Very bad service they even don't have a customer service online at the weekend! That would be my last order on this store!”

“Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021 CD Key doesn't work with Microsoft account. I get the message it's invalid and cannot be tied to my account. Delivery was fast but the product is faulty.”

“Problem with payment it said on the Web page...my money was taken, did not receive game, and not yet had a refund. These guys are normally very good, but definitely not a good experience this time. Not been advised of a refund either. I'm not happy at all.”

“the key provided did ot work and the replacement key was the same. they kept asking for the same information again and again and finally i had to lodge a paypal claim for refund. Stay clear of this website if you want hassle free original microsoft product keys”
