“Ordered fifa 23 for my son, come to download it for his birthday nearly a month after its release date and the key is still showing as pending fulfilment. My husband ordered the game for his birthday yet his works?? Customer service is atrocious no correspondence in over 48hrs now and was basically told to just wait. This is beyond a joke…No resolution or refund offered.”

“Good prices but they have a very big problems they don't deliver the code early. They asked for identity fraud check after 2 days making the order they asked for anything to check if the payment info is real i sent them my personal id and i waited few days until i forgot that i ordered something from them today i got email that my code is delivered and this is the last time buying from them. MTC game is better”

“well its a 2 for only one reason the product i purchased is a pro edition but it wont over ride my home edition and states that i have the best version of win 11. not according this companies claims and side by side comparisons...so theres that.”

“I usually buy keys and its instant and at an excellent price! I would give it a 5 star but I bought FIFA 23 from 3rd Oct 2022 and my credit card was charged on that day but CJS just keeps giving me excuses and I have not received my key yet. Overall it is good but not sure why I am facing an issue with one of the keys and customer service has not resolved it for me yet.”

“Be aware when making your first purchase on the website because they will ask for an identity check or something similar AFTER you pay for the product you want. It took me 12 hours to finally get the CD key that I paid for. And guess what? After contacting the support team and sending about 6 emails explaining my issue and asking for a solution they just gave me acces to the CD key without the initially asked identity verification. It's disappointing that I had to wait so much for a product that I have paid for and I will surely won't be using this site again.”

“There aren't warnings or notices about having to reside, or pretending to reside in (via VPN), prior to purchasing the key. I bought a key hoping to fast track playing the game since I decided I wanted to play it in the middle of the night.. I was advised to VPN to an EU country to login in and trigger the key. I tried 5 countries with my own account, over the span of a few hours, closing and reopening browsers between NordVPN sessions, and on different machines. I suspect Steam has figured out how to block some of the VPN companies or now requires you to call in to change your country of origin. I tried to get my money back for a couple days. It seemed like that was going to be a long wait, so I finally ended up utilizing the key, but only by creating a completely new login, via Linux, using the key, just to get it in my inventory. Then I went back to my Windows game rig and was able to play just fine, without VPN. Still, I was hoping to plal quickly, but with no notice about having to VPN to another country and 2 days of limbo, with lackluster support, I won't be coming back.”

“The key I got didn’t work. Apparently it’s being worked on but it’s taken several days. The best way to handle this would be to provide a new key instantly rather than making the customer wait.”

“I can't redeem until I let my current subscription expire since my current subscription is from another country than the one I bought. I will (maybe) be able to redeem in a couple of weeks, until then I won't know if I lost my money or not.”
