Ordered fifa 23 for my son, come to download it for his birthday nearly a month after its release date and the key is still showing as pending fulfilment. My husband ordered the game for his birthday yet his works??
Customer service is atrocious no correspondence in over 48hrs now and was basically told to just wait.
This is beyond a joke…No resolution or refund offered.
