Be aware when making your first purchase on the website because they will ask for an identity check or something similar AFTER you pay for the product you want. It took me 12 hours to finally get the CD key that I paid for. And guess what? After contacting the support team and sending about 6 emails explaining my issue and asking for a solution they just gave me acces to the CD key without the initially asked identity verification. It's disappointing that I had to wait so much for a product that I have paid for and I will surely won't be using this site again.
