“I've bought bf6 for seties x, there was a delay with the bank transfer. Customer service sorted out in no time. Then there was a problem with the supply of the game it wasn't on stock. All in all it took 16 hours from purchase to get the key. Things can happen sometimes. Luckily iconvenience was bearable hence the 4 star on the other hand Customer service and how they handled my case was 5 Star.”

“Fairly straightforward process. As I was downloading to a new PC, the process was more complex (not explained) as I didn't have a Zip extraction program on my PC. However, once that hurdle was overcome, the extract worked beautifully. Opened Excel expecting to have to enter the 'authorisation key', but it worked automatically - brilliant. Had it not been for the Zip problem, it would have been a 5* rating, could not do a 4.5*”

“Purchased product described as on back order with estimated delivery time of 2 to 12 hours. Out of stock for 3 days; however support kept me update with order and advised that if I did not want to wait they would provide immediate refund. Good service and support.”

“Having been hurt by fraudulent keys stores in the past I was hesitant about this site, but took the chance for a Windows 10 Pro key. I am pleased to say that all went well; I got my key and my Windows in now activated. One recommendation is that things are easier if you create an account. I bought as a guest and this created a bit of a hitch when I couldn't get the key until I logged in. But in the end, all went well.”
