I've bought bf6 for seties x, there was a delay with the bank transfer. Customer service sorted out in no time. Then there was a problem with the supply of the game it wasn't on stock. All in all it took 16 hours from purchase to get the key. Things can happen sometimes. Luckily iconvenience was bearable hence the 4 star on the other hand Customer service and how they handled my case was 5 Star.
