Fairly straightforward process. As I was downloading to a new PC, the process was more complex (not explained) as I didn't have a Zip extraction program on my PC. However, once that hurdle was overcome, the extract worked beautifully. Opened Excel expecting to have to enter the 'authorisation key', but it worked automatically - brilliant. Had it not been for the Zip problem, it would have been a 5* rating, could not do a 4.5*
