“I've got a few games through them in the past and had no issues, but then one of my steam keys failed to show, when i reached for help i was told to wait, it seemed to me they were more concerned with duplicate tickets than anything else. Still waiting for my steam key or my refund.”

“Unfortunately, the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate keys I purchased don't work. They're ones that require VPN to activate but, despite following all the instructions and even with the help of customer support, I've been left out of pocket by £70. Now Microsoft have updated there policy/software to block out of region code activations I can't recommend CJS CD Keys for this purpose. It's two star because they have at least attempted to support me post purchase, but I'm yet to receive a refund despite multiple requests. I've been sold a product that is impossible to claim/use, so I think a refund is reasonable at this point. I've been a customer for years, and up until this point would recommend them. However, at this point I can't really. It's a shame.”
