I did the mandatory identity verification and had to wait days before messaging about it and was asked to send a picture of my ID and a hand written note for verification. I said I wasn’t doing all of that and to refund my money. They sent the order through instead. So if you’re having trouble getting your gift card, try this. They’ll push it through immediately.
