I've bought a few things from CJS-cdkeys over the years and never had a problem until recently. Their refund process is not straightforward and I was asked for the same information on more than three occasions. Information that I had given in my initial message and that they should already have access to on their system. Also, be wary buying any of their Random Mystery keys. You may not be given a key of the advertised value. All that being said, I will likely use them again in the future as the prices are generally very good. I'll just stay away from the random keys.
