“Misleading advertisment for MS office not mentioning that phone activation is required before purchase and that key cant be activated online. Phone activation itself doesnt work since some AI agent answers and cant get it to validate the key. Otherwise it requires additional cost to use 3rd party websites to get your key validated.”

“Order #4244475 - YouTube premium stopped working almost immediately and CJS-CDKEYS were not interested in solving or helping. In the past they have been good but not this time. Won’t use or recommend from now on”

“Previously ordered Windows related items without issue. Order a game yesterday and following link for code doesnt work. Support intermittently just dont reply after sending instructions to try and sort and have to follow up again with them. For the £5 saved i wish id not have bothered at all. Jumping through hoops to get the code or a refund.”

“Awful company. Bought FM26 for Steam and still they can’t provide me with the correct Key so i can access the game. Been over a month now. Have emailed numerous times for updates and have even requested a refund but nothing. They say they have issues with there suppliers. No problem but give me my money back. Waste of time and money i will never see again.”

“Crappy support, don't buy anything from them. Had brought a spotify key on 22nd September 2025, worked till beginning of December and stopped working after that and CJSCD keys helpdesk responded with a standard reply to troubleshoot but my issue isn't resolved and the support isn't even responding.”

“Purchased software, links for download was broken the other one that worked downloaded the wrong software to my pc. Spent an hour going around in circles. Put a ticket in, no response, Complete waste of a tenner. Only advice is do not waste your money and time.total shambles.”

“Sad to say a waste of £5.99. Complex procedure to follow, not just a case of entering the product key. As it turned out, didn't even need the key to activate. Rang the MS telephone activation, they texted me a link, entered the code provided by the software, entered how many products (said one) and activation code generated and entered. Product now activated.”

“There is no refund policy. Instead they offer you to spend in their store, in my case 200 GBP on something you don't need. And what you need is not available, but is still in their offer. Maybe someone else will get fooled like me, so they make more money.”

“The key I bought did not work!!! Customer support was pretty useless and when I asked for a refund I did not get much help!!! I have had to ask my bank to cancel the transaction as they were of no help!!! I WOULD NOT recommend them!!!!!”
