“I purchased some keys for Microsoft Office. Unfortunately the keys didn't worked, but it was super easy to claim a replacement or a refund and each time there was somebody answering my mail in a very short time. I got a replacement two times, and the last time a refund as my version of office seems to be impossible to activate with these keys. Thanks to the team for being so quick to help and refund me as the keys weren't working.”

“Working keys on thecfirst time, grat deals. Superb support, sorted an order that I made by mistake, refunding it with store credit when they could have easily just declined as this was completey my fault for not reading the product description. Highly recommended”

“Im a repeat customer as i have purchasef my own windows key and recently a key for a friends new build. I had an issue with the initial key i purchased for the new build so i followed the instructions given to get a replacement and didnt even wait 5minutes before the replacement was issued to me. New key worked perfectly no issues since. Amazing customer service and amazing prices. Will definitely use again 10/10 recommend to anyone needing keys.”

“Been dragging on nearly 6 months trying to install Word and Excel from this company. Computer had to go to a computer company twice to get the install done as I was unable to do myself due to the poor instructions. Cost me more then buying a package from the computer shop.”

“Absolutely terrible service. I bought a. key in 2024 for Coreldraw and it was supposed to be a lifetime perpetual licence. It stopped working. this company told me they could not do anything to help because it was so bought over a year ago. Si much for their promise.if never leaving you without a working key. I contacted Corel to see if they could help and they want me to fill in an anti piracy form. I gave CJS one last try but buying a new key but that was faulty too. They didn't give me my money back but put it into a store credit. I wanted the money back in my bank.”
