“Bought Office 2024 from them, but it turns out that it only works if you uninstall ALL previous office products, like Visio and Project. Support is worse than useless - they just send the same instructions for downloading the product over and over again. They do NOT provide a refund when asked.”

“I purchased a key for No Man's Sky on the Switch and everything worked fine for the first couple of months. However, the game suddenly stopped working, and when I contacted support, I was redirected through multiple links and repeatedly told I’d receive a replacement key “soon.” After over a week of waiting with no resolution, I gave up and requested a refund. To be fair, the refund process was quick and straightforward—the money was credited back to my account almost immediately. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, but at least the refund was handled well.”

“Bought loads from cjs over the years and I’ve always got a good deal only once or twice I’ve been given the wrong vpn country to redeem the code after paying but honestly if you message them they will help you out sharpish and tell you what country you need to be in. bottom line I’ve always got what I paid for i’d 100% recommend them.”
