“Easy purchase but they sent me a US version for a UK game so I couldn’t use it. Contacted the company who said I should be a US VON to get around it other than a refund. I requested a refund anyway, then they made up excuses to not give it back. Then I tried to download the game again and it was £9 more than the original price. Refused to offer for me any refunds or match the original price so taking this higher”

“I purchased a game advertised as a key, but after purchasing it the website then advised it was via steam gift??. I thought ok, not a huge deal but I've been waiting over 20 minutes and nothing has happened. Customer Service told me 'tough' as I bought via kinguin - see screenshots. Much later I received the game via a steam gift. Not recommended.”

“I purchased a WINDOWS 11 PRO software key to upgrade from WINDOWS 11 HOME and it wasn't obvious that I couldn't just use this to upgrade and it would require re-installation of software. But the helpdesk helped me to complete the upgrade so all worked out well just some messing around.”
