I originally purchased from them with no issues in the past.
But as soon as my copy of office started to have an activation issue I kindly asked for a replacement code or some assistance.
They refused to help because its been more than a year since the key was purchased.
That does not matter, you still support your customer and even by ACCC law you support a consumer REGARDLESS as the software can fault out.
Very disappointing.
