Bought a key for steam. After I bought it was told the key wasn't in stock and the website reads 12 hours max before restock. Close to two weeks later still nothing.
Very disappointed in that.
But when I requested a refund they made it happen, so customer service, though at times slow, maybe 1-2 replies a day (not sure what time zone they operate in) was good.
