Paid by Paypal and code not readily available until the next day and had to contact Customer Services. Once the code was available, it would not go through and Customers Services just kept asking for screenshots which was not that helpful. Eventually I received a code that worked but had to phone through to activate it - if I'd known this at the start, it could've saved me a lot of time and frustration but it was never suggested at the time I was having the initial problems. Having said all that, the programme I purchased now works brilliantly and has saved me a lot of money! I would recommend this site but check you get the right instructions for installing the programme you buy - I had to install and uninstall countless times as I thought I was doing something wrong!
