I bought windows 365. Sadly it turned out the link I was sent was to a copy that was due to expire a week after I made the purchase. I mentioned this in an email to cjs and they seemed unable to help me out and long story short... they said they would refund me but it's almost a week later I still haven't received the refund. I'd also like to mention that every time I logged into the account I was told my password wasn't recognised and I had to keep resetting it. I'm sure many others have had excellent service but sadly I don't count in that number.
