I had preordered the game thinking I would get a chance to start playing the game with my friends as soon as the game was released. I had been chasing for more than 24 hours for the digital key I had paid for and still didn't receive the key. I have been refreshing since yesterday afternoon until midnight with no update from cjs cdkey. However this morning when I refreshed it showed digital keys are out of stock. The customer service only replied to my msg after exactly 24 hours asking for my proof of purchase and payment . Finally after 18 hours since the game got released and 30 hours since I had opened a case with customer support I received the key now. I can't complain about the price but my experience this time was not satisfactory in terms of customer service / support.
