Terrible experience! The 2019 MS Office for Mac key is not valid and after 5 days of trying to get another one or a refund, the customer service keep ingorning me in such a way it feels like they're trolling me. They keep asking for the basic info like the order ID, a screenshot of the code not working, PayPal transaction ID even though all of that info is visible from the moment I've contacted them by filling out a form. On the other hand, they threaten to not even remotely help you if you choose to open a PayPal dispute and, at the same time, they beg you to give them a chance to resolve the issue. My patience has run out after 5 days of them trolling me. Also, they offer a chance to win free game if you leave a 5 star review which is sketchy to say the least! Extremely unprofessional, to be avoided!
