I have purchased a Windows Office key and is not working (already used), create a ticket with support providing all evidence, and now on 8 days after purchase, I'm still nowhere.
All I get is a response from support was try to activate the product by phone which I have already stated in the first place that is not working. Then I have to provide evidence from Microsoft ( and I did ). So week after purchase I dont have either my money or working product.
