They didn't initially receive my PayPal payment. I had to manually enter the Transaction ID of my PayPal order to access my purchase. Furthermore, then I had to enter my phone verification PIN twice, because the system claimed it was "incorrect" on the first try.
This site threatens to relay the customers' phone numbers to the police, while their own system has ridiculous errors on almost every step of the way.
