VERY DISAPPOINTED & WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!!...... I checked out the reviews before placing my order for Office 365 and was impressed. After my purchase i emailed the support desk on several occasions asking for some assistance with my purchase a I did not understand how to activate the keys and therefore requested a call back . To my disappointment, after making several requests for some one to talk me through the steps over the phone I got really fed up and couldn’t be bothered anymore. My purchance for was for £8.95, that’s really not the point!!! All I’m saying is if you can’t help customers in a variety of methods ie: sending an instruction video which was the best way for me why employ staff who just want to ping back emails sending repetition emails. That to me is not support, my emails were not read properly and nor did I get the response I needed. Definitely would not recommend CJS to any of my friends or family, oh yes it’s always the same lady who cut and pastes the same reply every time her name is Leanne. Not what I call support desk support. Do me a favour purchase your products for an office company. Pay more but already you won’t face the same frustration 😡that I did. BOBBY 27/12/20
