I'm a regular buyer at CJS, everything fine untill you need their support service. I purchased an Xbox Live Gold global key for my israeli account and when tried to activate I receieved an error of wrong region. The support asked for evidence which I provided but they also want a screenshot of live chat with xbox support, the problem is that there is no live chat support for xbox anymore... every time they answer with a delay of 1-3 days which make me nervous after 2 weeks. The keep asking for a live chat screenshot... Then I opened a case in paypal - they didn't answer until the very last day..
