Purchased microsoft package then a month later my laptop died and had to be wiped. Tried to reinstall microsoft when my laptop was working again but I couldn't. Contacted customer support and explained what happened and usage was for the same person on the same device. They did not offer any support. Waste of my money for 1 months use. Will not repurchase.
