Bought a digital code on Christmas Day, didn't receive code instantly as it says on website. Error kept occurring whilst trying to get code. Asked for a refund to be issued, which it's now new years eve and still haven't received the refund. I haven't accessed any code which I have been told its been accessed.
Have raised numerous tickets and all I get is automated responses. The whole process of trying to get the code wasn't as straight forward as other companies. Definitely won't be using CJS CD KEYS again.
