I wasn't sure about this - but this organisation has really made a big effort to reassure a new customer that loading the software (MSOffice 2019 for MAC ) could be smooth and easy. You need to realise that they are giving you a login/password to use having downloaded the full suite - which doesn't work until you activate one part of the suie (e.g. MS Outlook) - you put in the email & pw which they give you at the start and only enter your personal data when you actually launch the program. It seems like you only have to do it for one of the suite (e.g MS Outlook) - the others in some way automatically fall in line. So it would be very helpful to know that for sure it's legal - then I woulkd be completely happy!
