I bought a package in July with lifetime guarantee and use on 3 appliances. My hard drive went and had to be replaced 4 months later. Tried to reinstall previous purchase to be told it was out of date which was contradictory to your terms and conditions. I ended up having to repurchase package again. Not impressed.
