Ordered keys for MS office for Mac, instructions showed enter keys into "Activate by phone" window, there is now window like that, it asks you to sign into your account and shows "No keys associated with that account" I asked for support and after sending screen shots in to show what I was dealing with, I was simply told "this product is not for Mac" Well then refund my $$ !!!
