I bought a Minecraft for Windows 10 key and when I tried to use it the message "Code has already been redeemed" came up.
Despite several emails over a 6 day period I have not had any communication from CJS except the initial automated reply. Even a courtesy "we are looking into this" would have been nice.
It seems that if everything goes OK then that's good but when presented with a problem they wash their hands of you. I am £20 out of pocket and looks like I will never get the money back they have more or less stolen from me.
