It seems to be a trap..... Don't fall for it. Paid for Office Pro 2019. Downloaded install from the suggested site. The product key, when entered on the install, gets the message "Invalid Key". Sent in a problem report...... Just short of a full week to respond. Response was to re-install and use "Telephone Activation". Microsoft's activation response.... "Invalid Product ID". Sent in a second request for help. Just short of ANOTHER week, support suggested I download the Microsoft -PROJECT- install files. (NOT the product I ordered.) Of course the key didn't work there either. Seems there is neither timely support responses; nor working support fixes/suggestions. WTF ? Guess time to get Paypal involved for a refund. ( But wishing I could also ask for a refund of my wasted time! ) :-(
