My Xbox live code didn’t work. The process I had to go through to verify that it actually didn’t work was ridiculous. Having experienced this I asked for my money back. I was told I would be charged for getting a refund rather than taking a credit for another code. The whole process literally took months to sort out. Just rubbish!! Won’t be using again. Stick with legitimate sites.
