Sold me a faulty key that was for another region that wouldn't work in my country and I have sent all the documents they need for a refund three times I still havnt got a refund they are now telling me I have to wait on another customer buying the key to get a refund it is there responsibility to sale legitimate keys that will work not ones for other Reagans that have oready been claimed
