Really a mess of an experience. Key did not work, I filled out the form (with pics), sent pics when asked via support rep, and was still asked for additional pics. each exchange was a week in delay. Then an agent asks if I am sure I was using the Win10Home key on a Win10Home install....This was the topper...The answer was in the images I sent multiple times...it was clearly shown in the photo...of course another two weeks had gone by...now I have store credit...great. I want a refund and absolutely no processing fee. Honestly, if this were my company I would outright fire the rep who asked if this was a win10home install...sloppy, lazy and just unnecessary. simply a terrible experience over such a ridiculously small transaction.
