My Office 2010 key was initially was out of-stock, this was only made known to me after the purchase. The CJS web portal was giving me conflicting information & became very confusing. 10 days later the key was made available to me, however it didn't work. 15 or so messages & 6 week later I am still waiting for a refund, sadly been passed from pillar to post.
