I bought a key from this company for Microsoft Office Professional 2019. I didn't use this for a good period of time as I have set up a pc in the garage due to the pandemic for teaching. I didn't use the key for 3 months as I didn't need it. I thought that I owned it but it turns out that's not the case as it wouldn't activate. Also as its just over 3 months since I bought the key the company don't want to know. In the UK sales are supposed to be of 'merchantable quality'. I realise that they are not in the UK. If you are a UK purchaser then please keep that in mind. I've no doubt as this is a negative review it will be challenged but I have my receipt ready. Thanks
