I bought a code for the Xbox and when entering the code it wanted 25 digits but I was only given 18.
Iv asked for help regarding this but no one has got back to me iv only received a automated email after my first email.
I think if you are quick enough to take our money you should be there to help people who are having issues with your service.
I will give it another 24 hrs then I'll put in a dispute with PayPal.
