Customer service is fine, but the redeem process is hugely fractured. I still haven’t received my key yet after multiple emails back and forth, and this seems to be a consistent issue that is widely known on the vendor’s Facebook page and other social media. The website is seriously under managed, using old protocols and coding which appears to be over 15 years old (this will could contain security flaws and present many issues to Customers that are forced to use it). I m afraid after this, I will not be using CJS CD Keys again.
