Identical problem to the user below (Graeme). Bought a "brand new genuine cd key" for Office 2019. When i tried to activate it said it had been activated too many times. Obviously not "new". Support just kept coming back with the same message over and over again and ignoring everything i said. It's not been 4 weeks and we are no closer to getting it resolved, especially as they only reply after 5-6 days. Stay well away.
