This is my worst purchase ever. I purchased CJS key for Microsoft office in Aug 2020, I haven't been able to collect the key to use it. I had purchased my laptop in June 2020 and it has all the drivers necessary, but every time I go to collect the key, it keeps on taking me to a page to buy an additional driver for $9.99. I don't have money to waste. If I had purchase the key from Microsoft it wouldn't require the additional driver.
