paid for a month's gamepass and was charged £12 and was sent a new account months trail which was only £2.. si a got robbed if £12 as i cant redeem code as its for new accounts only. the carry in to recive a refund is a joke screenshot of xbox live chats, screenshoots if bills and more for a error thay have caused. looks like al be keeping a cide a cant use a will never use this site again
