I would not purchase any product from them again. I purchased a Microsoft Office activation key. The first problem being it states please use the telephone option to activate key. It did not allow me to use this option. When I emailed the help desk (?) they sent me the same info I was sent when I purchased the key. Eventually they pointed me to a location to get a ISO code and that site did not exist. When I called Microsoft via the telephone to activate, they stated they could not activation the software. When I emailed CJS again the response I got was can we close the call as it has been resolved. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. When I asked for my money back the answer was no. I have never seen such a poor unhelpful help desk before !!
