Despite having purchased an incorrect item and responding almost straight away, you cannot offer a refund.. This is unacceptable, with any other product, if there is a problem and the item is unused, a refund or replacement is the normal response. I am having serious thoughts about using your company again and would even consider paying the extortionally high prices directly through steam
