Terrible site, slow customer service. Last week I bought a game and it went on backorder due to the merchant raising the price for unknown reasons. Took a week but finally got a refund, bought a new game and it tells me I have to redeem it as a gift through some website (which they never mentioned on CJs site that it is a gift link). I get an error trying to receive this gift and now waiting again to get a refund because their support is slow to respond . Never using this website again, easier places to shop without the headaches, not to mention the constant sms code verification's I have to do on every order.
