Purchased a europe cd key but when I tried to activate it it said it was purchased in a different region. When I contacted support about this it took them 3 days to get back to me. All they said was speak to microsoft support see what they say, screen shot the messages and send them to us. I spoke to microsoft who said they couldn't do anything as the buyer should have a cd card saying the exact region on. I contacted cjs cd keys AGAIN yesterday morning and I am still waiting a response. I am so disappointed and annoyed. So much for responding to support tickets in 12 hours. I have gone 5 days now without being able to play the game which I purchased. God knows how long it will take to get my next reply from them. The reason I bought it from them rather than a shop in the first place is so that I could play it instantly without going out. I wish I would have just walked to the supermarket now.
