An absolute useless and unprofessional company,... borderline scammers!!!! 0 stars are more appropriate and a report to "Action Fraud Police". I bought MS Office but was unable to activate the product. Microsoft's response was as their records do not recognize this as a valid product and that I should return this product for a refund. Each email exchange back to CJS CD felt they wanted to take me round in complete circles. I asked for a refund numerous times but got nothing. CJS CD Keys eventually closed my case and saying that the issue was resolved. at the end of the day, no refund and an Invalid CD Key.
