If I could give this a 0 star rating I would. First off it’s truly pathetic for a company to email me asking for a 5 star rating because they need to “bring up their reputation”. My God, wow. Secondly, I received a faulty key. When I asked for a refund, they told me to just keep trying. I tried more than once and it never worked. I asked for a refund again and was again refused. I threatened that I would file a fraud claim with my CC company and was finally told I would get my money back. They then proceeded to provide me a credit for a future key. Again, I told them I want a refund. They stopped responding to me, I filled a fraud claim with my CC company and I got my money back that way. After this happened, they emailed me again about my refund and stated that if I truly wanted a refund that there was a fee for that. I responded by informing them I filed a fraud claim and not to contact me anymore. This didn’t work. They still contact me once every several weeks to ask HOW IM ENJOYING THE GAME I PURCHASE. Please, please do not use this company. It is a train wreck and will mind f*** you.
