Had a real mixed experience with keys/accounts. Some worked, some didn't. They should make it quicker/easier and compensate if things go wrong. We had 5 "lifetime" keys expire within a month.
They often have an issue where the payment goes missing and needs manual intervention. Even had an issue where their process wouldn't work, they "fixed" the next day and delivered 2 of the wrong keys, refused to help so I was stuck with them.
