I purchased a game for a relative as a birthday present. I passed on authentication code but unfirtunately he was unable to access game. After numerous emails the problem was not solved and they then stopped replying to emails. This is now in the hands of Paypal for a refund and they are are still not responding Absolutely awful customer service and will never deal with them again.
