I purchased a code in January which does not work and which was not stated anywhere before purchase that it would not work in the UK. I have been waiting four months on my refund which is totally unacceptable. I have been in constant contact and they say to check back in two weeks and that the game code needs resold before i can get a refund! They initially told me it would only take a matter of days I currently have a game that doesn't work in the UK, which was not stated before purchasing and no refund. This is the worst experience I have ever had and terrible customer service. If your company had any thought about the customer you would reimburse me immediately.
