My first purchase was for an Office 2019 - no-where in the product description does it say it's NOT for Mac. I checked all the other product descriptions and they all clearly state whether for MC or PC. Anyways, perhaps my fault as it didn't work. Refund not possible as key needs to be re-sold - 3 weeks later, still not re-sold, so no refund! Biting the bullet I purchased another version (for 99GBP). The key was sold out but it clearly states 2-12 hours is 'normal' for replenishment of key. 10 days later, still no key and no MS Office. To be fair the refund was processed swiftly, within 48 hours. A total waste of time purchasing software with this company if you ask me.
