Bought life is strange 2 from them, it was the cheapest deal I could find so I thought why not? instead of getting the game from them I got some game I already owned when I tried to redeem it on steam, I just don't know what game it was as steam doesn't say. I sent them a ticket to try and get the correct game 7 days ago, they say they respond within 24 hours of sending a ticket...but yet I've got nothing, I then decide to read on trustpilot about them and I see tons of reviews all saying the same thing as it shows all the most recent reviews. Now what I'm wondering is, how is it possible for a company that fucks up as royaly hard as this with providing a simple key, has tons of other reviews all saying the same thing, with others also stating that they contacted CS and recieved no responsed as well...but somehow has a high % of positive reviews? have they bought them or what? stay away is all I can say.
